Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by GreenHaul El Centro Tree Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

Services Provided

GreenHaul El Centro Tree Services provides professional tree care services including tree removal, tree trimming and pruning, stump grinding and removal, emergency tree services, land and lot clearing, tree health and maintenance, arborist consulting, and shrub and hedge trimming. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

Estimates and Quotes

All estimates and quotes provided are subject to on-site inspection and may be adjusted based on actual conditions. We reserve the right to modify quoted prices if we discover additional work is required for safe completion of the job. You will be notified of any price changes before we proceed with the work.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A deposit may be required for large projects. Late payments may incur additional fees.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Emergency services may have different cancellation terms.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide clear access to the work area and ensure that all pets and people are kept at a safe distance during service. You are responsible for marking any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden features on your property before we begin work.

Liability and Insurance

GreenHaul El Centro Tree Services maintains appropriate liability insurance for all work performed. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your property or damage resulting from hidden conditions unknown at the time of estimate. You agree to notify us immediately of any concerns during the work process.

Debris and Cleanup

Unless otherwise specified in your quote, we will remove all debris generated from our work. Cleanup includes removal of branches, logs, and leaves directly related to the service performed. We are not responsible for pre-existing debris on your property.

Weather and Delays

Tree service work is weather-dependent and may need to be rescheduled due to unsafe conditions such as high winds, rain, or extreme heat. We will make every effort to complete your project on schedule, but delays due to weather or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

Permits and Regulations

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits required for tree work on your property. We can provide guidance on local regulations, but final responsibility for compliance with local ordinances rests with the property owner.

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days of completion. We will work with you to address any legitimate concerns. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by subsequent storms, disease, or other factors beyond our control.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
